No generic group course. Practical guidance for photographers who want to deepen their own way of seeing.
Technique matters, but a portrait usually becomes stronger through contact, timing, calm and trust. That is what we work on: how you approach someone, how you keep looking and how you make choices in an image.
1-on-1
If you already photograph but miss depth in your images, or if you get stuck in contact or in your own way of looking, we work on your question for 2.5 hours. We review your work, photograph together or talk through where things stop moving.
Includes coffee and follow-up notes by email.
Depth
A few times a year I open the studio for photographers who want to learn by doing and slowing down. 4 intensive hours with up to 6 participants. We photograph with a model, review work and talk about contact and presence.
Includes lunch, model and location. Dates on request.
