The next morning Tersake straightened out a fourth chair.

“Who is it for?” asked Kwartsoog.

Tersake looked at the duck on the tower. She was wearing eclipse glasses and looking in exactly the wrong direction.

“For the one with one little thing left.”

Above sounded:

Quack. Knock.

The light went out.

The credits too.

But there was still just enough.

Not to finish the story. Well to get it started.

The duck pushed up her eclipse glasses.

“How many credits are left?”

Tersake looked at his form.

'A.'

“Good,” said the duck. “Then we shouldn't waste a word.”

She looked at the darkened sun, spread her wings and said:

“Quack.”

Credits: 0.

And on top of the Tower of Enlightenment, the light came on during the day for the first time.
